Barrule Partners Group Launches Independent, Governance Focused Fiduciary Business in Guernsey

Barrule Partners Group has launched as a new independent fiduciary, trust, corporate and advisory services business headquartered in Guernsey, focussed on ultra high net worth families, family offices and institutional intermediaries seeking senior-led solutions and highly experienced problem-solving abilities.

Barrule Group is deliberately being built as a long-term independent business rather than a consolidation vehicle. It operates with direct partner involvement and leadership, uncompromising governance standards and disciplined regulatory alignment operating within one of the world’s most sophisticated, established and reputable international finance centres.

Barrule provides trust and fiduciary administration, complex corporate structuring, independent director services and private asset holding structures. The Group is also uniquely launching Barrule Mediation Services, offering a wealth of specialist mediation and arbitration expertise for all disputes, but with a focus on family wealth structures where alignment and continuity are critical.
